Qualifications Preferred:
High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of child care or aide certification preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain an Educational Aide Permit through the Ohio Department of Education during employment. Demonstrate working knowledge of computers. Good organization skills. Ability to work cooperatively with other personnel. Ability to follow directions. Ability to perform clerical skills including, but not limited to filing, copying and record keeping. Must enjoy working with school age children. A working knowledge of copiers, faxes, and other devices commonly used in public schools. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must have patience and be cheerful. Ability to successfully complete CPR/First Aid training. Ability to perform items as listed in the essential duties. Ability to communicate clearly and articulately. Successful validation of qualifications as determined by interview.
