Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist the serving staff by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area. This position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their career in the food service industry while providing exceptional hospitality. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for new patrons. Reset tables with clean utensils, glassware, and napkins to ensure readiness for incoming guests. Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, and service areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding any issues or special requests from guests. Support catering events as required by assisting with setup and breakdown of service areas. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
