Job Description What You Will Do:
Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision-clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china only, please. Coordinate the flow of service like a pro, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time. Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners. Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting-yes, you'll be part tech support too. Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.What We Are Looking For:
Customer service experience-because happy guests are the heart of hospitality. At least 6 months of banquet food service experience-we need someone who's seen a plated dinner or two. Leadership potential or experience-you're not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed. Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days- because safety is always in style.
