Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive dining or hospitality experience Assist with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas and kitchen spaces Support food handling procedures according to health and safety regulations to ensure quality and safety standards are met Clear tables promptly, reset for new guests, and manage waste disposal efficiently to uphold cleanliness standards Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events or special service requests with precision and professionalism Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction Maintain compliance with food industry regulations, including proper food storage, sanitation practices, and safety protocols Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing techniques, and food handling safety standards Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience working in hotels or the broader food industry is a plus Demonstrated ability to support team efforts in serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating welcoming environments where guests feel valued and cared for!
