As a part of the Dining Team, your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and be motivated to provide superior service to our residents and guests. Provide support to all dining venues including The Pub, Bistro and Center Stage Restaurant. Provide table side service at Center Stage . Ensure dining areas are clean, safe, and inviting Knowledge of Menu items and ingredients. Attend to all guest needs, allergies, special dietary requests Follow food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. Have strong customer service skills. Show teamwork within front/ back of house. Consistently demonstrate a passion for food and hospitality. Have the ability to learn and address the residents by their names. Assist with dishwashing and food preparation, when needed. Assist with set up and break down of special events. Provide service at special events.Education :
High-school diploma or equivalent.Professional Experience:
A minimum of one year experience in the food or hospitality industry or a strong customer service background. The ability to be adaptable to ongoing change and work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Ability to work a variety of different hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.Condition of Employment:
