Job Description

Under the direction of the Banquet Manager, the incumbent assists the Banquet manager in the efficient and effective operation of Banquet Catering. Assists with scheduling, planning, timing and supervision of all details for successful banquet functions. High school diploma or GED. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of banquet/restaurant supervisory experience. Must be friendly, personable, well groomed, organized, professional and able to multi-task. Individual must speak, write, and read English. The primary responsibility is to ensure our "Extraordinary" guest service standards are maintained at all times. In joining our team, you commit to supporting this mission by demonstrating our Customer Service Standards at all times and holding all team members to the same. Working during weekends, holidays and peak business periods is required, including working any shift/day designated by the Food and Beverage Department.
