Responsibilities Embrace the Cafe mission and values to ensure the culture outlined is always action. Prioritize the guest experience by actively listening and fulfilling guest expectations. Create a welcoming environment for guests by guiding them through the Cafe menu Exceed the guest expectations to ensure we meet a great guest experience Deliver the best sliders anyone has ever had with the best service anyone has ever had Cross train to learn all roles within the cafe to include front and back of house positions. Must have cook and cashier experience. Maintain restaurant equipment and overall safe environment for all Complete daily and weekly assigned tasks. Contribute to the success of the team by being humble, positive and supportive of others. Ensure that cash handling procedures are being followed. Other duties as assigned. Slice deli meats and cheese, make grab and go cold prep items Prep and cook hot items menu items Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day & able to lift up to 25+ pounds on occasions. A day and a week In the life Monday- Thursday availability | between 24
- 32 hours/week During the training period you will accelerate through all aspects of the business. This is a seasonal position and not year round
- Summers off, thanksgivings and holidays off, christmas winter break, spring break off.
