Join the Max Hospitality Team! Max's Oyster Bar , located in the heart of West Hartford Center, is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Busser with open availability to support our front-of-house service team. Responsibilities:

Promptly clear and reset tables to ensure quick turn times and guest readiness Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas Assist servers with water service, bread, and guest requests as needed Prepare tables for large parties and support pre- and post-shift dining room setup Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Deliver on Max's Oyster Bar's reputation for thoughtful, polished hospitality

What We're Looking For Experience:

Previous experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or in a similar support role preferred Familiarity with upscale or high-volume restaurant environments a plus Understanding of dining room flow and basic service standards

Skills and Qualities:
