Responsibilities Assist with food service duties, including serving guests and setting tables to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to uphold health and safety standards across all areas Support bussing activities by clearing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean dining environment Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely, following proper lifting practices to prevent injury Contribute to food handling and food safety procedures, maintaining hygiene standards during food preparation and service Communicate effectively with team members through internal communication channels to coordinate tasks seamlessly Support catering events and kitchen operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility in various hospitality roles Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering environments is highly desirable Familiarity with sanitation, table setting, and food handling protocols within the food industry Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and customers Experience with heavy lifting and manual handling in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of safe lifting practices and food safety regulations is preferred Background in hospitality or hotel operations will be considered an asset Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service Join us as a busser where your energy, skills, and passion for hospitality will make a real difference!
