Reports to the Restaurant Assistant General Manager.

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house, including all tables, chairs, floors, dining areas and service stationsPours and refills beverages as requested by guests, including tap water, bottled water, juice and sodasServes and replenishes bread and olive oil to guests if requestedCommunicates with hosts and servers to maintain efficient service and guest satisfactionRemoves dirty dishes and silverware from guest tables between courses and after guests leave the tableClears tables and brings used dishes, silverware and glassware to prescribed areas in service stationReplaces used dishes and silverware for next course and resets vacated tablesAdheres to all standard steps of service as instructed by departmentPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualifications1+ year of experience as a busser in a high-volume restaurantHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredJob RequirementsAvailability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squattingAdditional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!
