Fairfield Inn & Suites Davenport Position Summary Fairfield Inn & Suites Davenport is seeking a reliable, friendly, and energetic Breakfast Attendant/Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining our complimentary breakfast service, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience each morning. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast items according to hotel standards. Set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast buffet. Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, kitchen, and equipment. Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs. Provide outstanding customer service to hotel guests. Follow all food safety and health regulations. Assist with kitchen and dining area cleaning after breakfast service. Qualifications Previous cooking, food service, or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Friendly and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Food Handler Certification preferred (or ability to obtain one).
