Busser / Property

Attendant Position summary The Busser/ Property Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all of our common areas, restaurants and the surrounding grounds. This position supports the back of house staff, Guest Experience Specialists and management by assisting with daily restaurant service duties while also performing regular grounds maintenance tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal and safety of our entire venue. Key responsibilities Busser duties Clear and reset tables efficiently and courteously after guests depart, including clearing any left items on tables, sanitizing surfaces, and resetting tables and chairs. Assist guests by greeting our guests, helping guide them to one of our many food or beverage outlets, and assist them with any questions they may have. Maintain dining areas by keeping floors, chairs, and other surfaces clean and organized throughout the shift. Support kitchen staff by bringing dirty dishes to the dishwashing area. Also assisting with stock needs through shift. Replenish supplies at service stations, such as ice, napkins, and condiments. Support bars by replenishing ice, liquor, wine and beer as needed General grounds keeping duties Ensure venue cleanliness by regularly sweeping, pressure washing, and maintaining walkways and outdoor dining areas. Restroom maintenance- regularly monitor the restroom cleanliness, restock paper products Perform litter control , regularly emptying trash and recycling bins and picking up any debris from the grounds. Conduct light maintenance and repairs on outdoor furniture, fences, and fixtures as needed. Prepare for events by assisting with setup and breakdown of furniture, decor, and other items. Qualifications and skills Proven experience in a restaurant or grounds-keeping role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Physical stamina to stand for long hours, walk frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with a diverse team. Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
