In this role, you'll be essential in maintaining the restaurant's ambiance and efficiency, ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming environment. Job Responsibilities Guest Service Warmly greet guests, enhancing their initial impression of the restaurant. Clear tables efficiently, removing tableware, napkins, and refuse, and wiping down tables and chairs. Ensure tables are reset quickly and to the highest standards, ready for new guests. Manage bus stations, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and orderly. Distribute cleaned dishes, glassware, and utensils to service stations. Polish glassware and silverware, and inspect for cleanliness and presentation. Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including floors and service areas. Retrieve and fold linens, maintaining appropriate stock levels at service stations. Adhere to Board of Health standards for cleanliness. Participate in team briefings, presenting a professional appearance. Uphold a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times. Respond positively to guest inquiries and assist in resolving any issues. Training Complete training on safe lifting procedures, bloodborne pathogens, food safety, and slip/trip/fall prevention in food prep and service areas.
