Food Truck Worker

Responsibilities:

Food Preparation and Cooking:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and taste.

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders, and serve food with a friendly and positive attitude.

Cash Handling:

Operate the point-of-sale system, manage cash transactions, and provide accurate change to customers.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including food prep areas, cooking equipment, and the truck's exterior.

Inventory Management:

Assist with monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and notifying management of any shortages.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, especially during busy times.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and work well within a team.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
