Status:

Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary The Food Runner is the vital link between our kitchen and the dining room. You are responsible for ensuring every dish reaches the guest quickly, at the correct temperature, and with the proper presentation.

Key Duties Delivery:

Carry trays and deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers immediately as it is ready.

Knowledge:

Identify every dish on our Mediterranean menu and explain it briefly to the guest upon arrival.

Quality Control:

Check plates against the ticket for accuracy and ensure garnishes meet our standards.

Assistance:

Help servers with clearing plates (pre-bussing) and refilling water or bread as needed.

Efficiency:

Maintain a clean, organized "expo" line and assist the kitchen team with side work. Requirements Ability to move quickly and carry heavy trays (up to 30 lbs) through a crowded dining room. Strong attention to detail and ability to memorize table numbers and menu ingredients. Team-player mindset with a sense of urgency. Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
