Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are spotless and properly set for new guests Assist servers by bussing tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, and supplies following safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and service stations regularly Support food delivery to tables when needed, ensuring proper food safety and serving standards Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs Follow sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Skills Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation and hygiene standards Experience in bussing or supporting food service operations preferred but not required Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing Excellent communication skills for internal team coordination and guest interactions Knowledge of restaurant procedures such as table setting, food safety, and hospitality best practices Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is advantageous Demonstrated customer service orientation with a positive attitude and teamwork spirit
