Busser/Service Assistant Some Requirements Are:
Must have a positive attitude. Must be able to work at a fast pace and multitask! Must be reliable, responsible, and hard working. Must be self-motivated with a strong commitment to service. Prior experience preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train motivated individuals with no prior restaurant experience. Must maintain a professional appearance that exemplifies excellence. Should always exceed guests' expectations. Must be able to complete all side work and daily cleaning tasks, operate and maintain a clean working environment. This position is trained by experienced Melting Pot Managers owners. The owners currently have 15 locations nationwide including Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Palm Beach Gardens, Denver, Ft Myers, Scottsdale, Richmond, Long Island and Houston.
