Join One of Florida's Leading Foodservice Manufacturers' Representative Firms Unisource Marketing Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our Commercial Foodservice Equipment Quote Support team. As one of Florida's leading foodservice manufacturers' representatives, we partner with many of the industry's premier manufacturers to support consultants, dealers, architects, chefs, and foodservice operators in designing and equipping commercial kitchens throughout Florida and the Caribbean. This position provides quotation support for commercial foodservice equipment projects by working closely with Territory Managers, manufacturers, consultants, dealers, and internal departments. You'll develop an understanding of commercial foodservice equipment, manufacturer product lines, equipment applications, and the quotation process while becoming a valuable member of a collaborative and knowledgeable team. Responsibilities Prepare commercial foodservice equipment quotations. Review project specifications, RFQs, and equipment schedules. Coordinate pricing, lead times, product information, and quotation requests with manufacturers. Support Territory Managers throughout the quotation process. Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and project information within company systems. Review drawings and specifications to help ensure quotation accuracy. Manage quotation revisions and supporting documentation. Communicate with Territory Managers, consultants, dealers, manufacturers, and internal departments. Learn the key features, applications, and benefits of the manufacturer product lines represented by Unisource Marketing Group. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is beneficial, but not required: B2B customer support Quoting or estimating Commercial foodservice equipment Construction, architectural, engineering, or commercial equipment industries AutoQuotes (AQ) or similar quotation software CRM or customer management systems Microsoft Excel Industry experience is welcomed, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates professionalism, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to learn.
