Some experience and knowledge of quantity food preparation and use of equipment used in quantity food preparation. Must be willing and able to:
- Lift and carry items or objects weighing up to 50 pounds and up to 55 pounds with assistance
- Withstand a wide range of temperatures (hot, non-air-conditioned environment and freezer)
- Stand for longs periods of time
- Use cleaning chemicals
