In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast service, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and ensuring food safety standards are strictly followed. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a positive guest experience, making every guest feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into our breakfast area. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary and customer service skills within a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Serve guests efficiently and courteously, providing in-person customer service that exceeds expectations Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, counters, and food service equipment, adhering to cleaning protocols Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed, following all food safety management guidelines Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and effectively Skills Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling practices Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Familiarity with wine knowledge is a plus for serving beverages responsibly Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including weight handling in the workplace Culinary experience or background in the food industry enhances your ability to deliver quality service Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication transforms breakfast into an exceptional start to each guest's day.
