As a Busser/Server Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience by assisting servers and keeping the restaurant clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

Promptly clearing and cleaning tables between guests, resetting with clean tableware and condiments Assisting servers by refilling water glasses, delivering food and beverages to tables Stocking service areas with supplies such as napkins, silverware, glassware etc. Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, bar and lounge areas Sweeping and mopping floors Taking out trash and sorting recyclables Polishing glassware, cutlery and plates Assisting with food preparation tasks when needed Following opening and closing duties such as turning on lights, arranging tables and chairs, closing patio furniture etc.

Requirements:

Previous busser experience preferred Ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts Stamina to be on your feet and moving for entire shifts Professional, polite and customer-oriented attitude Ability to work well with little supervision in a fast-paced environment Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
