We are looking for a strong and dependable Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, maintain high service standards, and help build a positive and accountable team culture. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, fast-paced, highly responsible, and experienced in both restaurant management and kitchen operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant and café operations Lead and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Manage employee scheduling and shift coverage Train, coach, and motivate team members Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Monitor operational procedures and help reduce waste, food loss, theft, and policy violations Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Support catering, promotions, and operational improvements Help maintain efficient kitchen workflow during busy hours Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures Help improve efficiency, accountability, workflow, and overall sales performance Minimum Qualifications Highly ethical, trustworthy, and accountability-driven — must be able to uphold company policies, maintain operational integrity, and help prevent employee theft, food loss, cash handling issues, and other dishonest activities Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Assistant Management experience
