We are in the heart of City Place at the busiest restaurant in the Plaza. These Roles play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive a high level of hospitality from start to finishi. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Seating and Communicating with Guests and Expected Guest. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and address any special requests from guests. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. Utilize the POS system for order tracking and communication with the kitchen staff. Support bartenders during busy periods by assisting with drink orders as needed. Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed throughout service. Participate in catering events as required, helping to set up and serve food items. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly OnePos, Square, or Aloha, is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with bussing tables or bartending is advantageous. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
