Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring quick service delivery Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and basic math calculations necessary for transactions Previous restaurant or café experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
