Host & BusserCompany Overview Provino's Buford is a family-owned Italian restaurant that has been serving the Atlanta area since 1977. Known for our welcoming atmosphere, quality Italian cuisine, and exceptional customer service, we take pride in treating both our guests and our team like family. We're looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to join our front-of-house team as Hosts and Bussers. Position Summary As a Host or Busser at Provino's Buford, you'll play an important role in creating a great dining experience for every guest. Whether you're greeting guests with a smile, seating parties, keeping the dining room clean and organized, or supporting our servers, you'll help ensure every visit is enjoyable from start to finish. Responsibilities Host Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude. Manage the wait list and accurately estimate wait times. Seat guests efficiently while maintaining server rotation. Answer phones and assist with takeout orders when needed. Maintain a clean and organized host stand. Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with questions. Busser Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Assist servers with delivering food and beverages as needed. Keep the dining room, restrooms, and service areas clean and stocked. Refill ice, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift. Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidates. Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds during a shift. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus. Why Join Provino's Buford?
