Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems. Prepare smoothies, wraps, salads , and other menu items. Process cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling and math accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, tables, equipment, and food prep zones to meet food safety standards. Serve food and beverages promptly while providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. Restock supplies regularly to ensure the café is well-equipped for busy periods. Follow food safety protocols during food handling and beverage preparation to ensure quality and hygiene. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Knowledge of food handling procedures, beverage service, and drink preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
