Unicoi State Park & Lodge is looking for dependable, energetic team members to join our Banquet Setup Team. From weddings and conferences to special celebrations and large group events, you'll play a key role in bringing every event to life. Position Summary Under the direction of the Banquet Captain, Banquet Setup Team Members are responsible for preparing, organizing, and resetting event spaces throughout the property. This position focuses on event setup, breakdown, organization, and ensuring every space is guest-ready and professionally presented. What You'll Do Set up banquet rooms according to BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, dance floors, buffets, and décor Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and properly prepared before guest arrival Assist with room flips and fast-paced event transitions Break down banquet spaces and properly store equipment after events Move tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently Maintain banquet storage areas and keep equipment organized Assist with setup for weddings, conferences, meetings, receptions, and special events Work closely with the banquet and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure Hospitality mindset with pride in creating exceptional guest experiences Previous banquet, setup, warehouse, maintenance, or hospitality experience is a plus — but we're willing to train motivated individuals Schedule Flexible schedule required Includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs Why Join Unicoi?
