In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional breakfast service. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness standards, and providing outstanding customer service to create a memorable start to our guests' day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and hospitality expertise in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food preparation tasks as needed Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems while providing friendly in-person customer service Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service throughout the shift Adhere to manual handling guidelines when lifting or moving heavy items such as food trays or supplies Ensure compliance with food safety management protocols and sanitation standards at all times Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures Experience operating kitchen equipment and handling food safely Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory Familiarity with POS systems for processing payments accurately Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks safely Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not required Knowledge of wine service or beverage preparation is advantageous but not mandatory Join our team if you're passionate about delivering exceptional breakfast experiences!
