The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. As a Busser, you will assist servers and contribute to the overall efficiency of our food service operations. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing any necessary support during service. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services as needed. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and customer service standards is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
