JOB SUMMARY
The Busser is responsible for ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly for the prompt seating and service of guests.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleans and resets tables in accordance with sanitation guidelines and company standards Maintains cleanliness of all side stations Stocks dishes, silverware, paper supplies, and other required items to remain par levels of all equipment during service Sweeps or mops as needed Communicates with host for seating needs and guest service issues May assist in the deliverance of items ordered by guests, including food and beverage items Performs other related duties as assignedREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and thorough with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of menu items and service as well as basic restaurant operations and culinary terminology Knowledge of dining room sanitation standards and proceduresEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Customer service or food & beverage experience preferred Must obtain valid gaming license, where applicablePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
