In this role, you will be the friendly face welcoming guests to our breakfast area, ensuring a clean, inviting, and well-stocked environment. Your enthusiasm for food service and commitment to safety will help set the tone for an exceptional guest experience every day. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary and customer service skills within a dynamic hotel setting. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet station, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Assist with food preparation including slicing, assembling, and replenishing breakfast items while adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by cleaning tables, counters, utensils, and equipment regularly throughout the shift Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays Handle food handling responsibilities with care, following proper food safety management practices to prevent contamination Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly :) Qualifications Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred or not. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling standards is essential Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift weight safely, and perform manual handling tasks effectively Join us in delivering outstanding breakfast experiences that start guests' days on a positive note!
