Job Description

A Restaurant Busser will work in one of our Food & Beverage venues. They will clear, clean, and reset tables in preparation for serving guests while taking food to guests in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure tables are clean and set - ready for guests Fill water glasses immediately after guests are seated Clear all dishes, glassware, paper goods, and table linens at proper times as guests complete their meals or depart their tables Place all items into the bussing cart, on bussing trays, or into tubs Reset tables with napkins, silverware, water glasses, and dishes as directed Empty bussing carts, trays, or tubs in the kitchen areas Make sure all glassware and silverware are clean and polished Stock various clean dishes, glassware, and condiments at the server's station Ensure that there is enough freshly brewed coffee Empty kitchen garbage receptacles and take bags to the dumpster Expedite food to guests in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Be able to stand for prolonged periods While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear Must safely move objects up to approximately 50 pounds about the workplace Available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as scheduled
