What You'll Do As a Busser, you'll help keep our restaurant running smoothly by making sure every guest has a clean table, every server has the support they need, and every dining experience starts off right. Your work behind the scenes helps create the great guest experiences Home Run Inn is known for. No two shifts are exactly the same—and that's part of what makes the job exciting. You'll Spend Your Time Creating a Great Dining Experience Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly so they're ready for the next guests Keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift Refill water glasses and assist with guest requests when needed Help ensure every guest is seated at a clean, properly prepared table Thank guests as they leave and help create a positive last impression Supporting the Team Assist servers with food delivery and carrying trays during busy periods Stock service stations with utensils, napkins, glassware, and other supplies Help maintain a smooth flow of service throughout the restaurant Communicate with servers, hosts, and managers to keep operations running efficiently Jump in wherever help is needed to support your teammates Keeping Things Clean & Organized Sweep dining areas and maintain clean guest spaces Keep bussing stations neat, stocked, and organized Remove trash and assist with opening and closing responsibilities Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Help maintain the high cleanliness standards our guests expect You're a Great Fit If You...
