The Busser will help prepare the restaurant before service and work closely with servers throughout the shift. Responsibilities include sweeping and mopping the restaurant before opening, squeezing fresh juice, preparing bread and butter for service, clearing and resetting tables, restocking service stations, and assisting the service team wherever needed.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Recent restaurant experience is required
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to remain calm and multitask during busy service
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment
