Description Job Overview:
The F&B Attendant is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service of food and beverage items to all guests. The F&B Attendants for the Food Bazaar are also responsible for clearing and re-setting tables.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Reports to workstation as scheduled in proper uniform and ready to work Completes all side-work as directed by supervisor Keeps workstation and F&B Attendant area neat, clean, and free of safety hazards Keeps service stations stocked with needed supplies, glassware, ice, and condiments Greets guests in a friendly professional manner Educate guests on all gourmet stations and suggest some of your favorites. Be mindful of all allergies and notify chefs immediately. Check back with guest to ensure they are enjoying their meal, and determine if they have any other needs Pre-busses all tables, and takes all used dishes to the dish room Clears tables upon guest departure and resets according to standards in a timely manner Other duties & responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
(please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying ) High school diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and complete a GED program within six (6) months from the start date as a condition of continued employment Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition Ability to adequately and successfully perform all aspects of this position Willingness and ability to lift and carry 40 pounds Must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality Demonstrated ability to communicate, in English, effectively both verbally and in writing Must successfully pass a job interview, including a guest service audition Must complete BASSET training Must complete ServeSafe Sanitation training Willing to work odd and irregular hours Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
Base Pay:
Compensation:
$15.00-$18.75 per hour, with starting pay based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and skills.
