Must have current certification as a Certified Dietary manager . (CDM). Knowledgeable in Food Service Sanitation (must have food service sanitation certificate) Must have experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Able to assess the nutritional care of residents and address residents nutritional risk Responsible for initial, quarterly, annual, and significant change assessments Must be familiar with the MDS and Care plans Detail oriented Team player Solid work history
