This position requires a combination of skills in food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely service during peak hours. Provide excellent customer service by serving food and beverages to guests. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and banquet facilities. Support banquet operations by setting up, serving, and breaking down events. Handle food safely and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods. Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after meals to maintain a tidy environment. Contribute to catering efforts by preparing dishes as needed for special events. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with cooking techniques and food handling practices. Experience in banquet settings or catering is a plus. Strong cleaning skills to maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to culinary operations.
