Duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring all tables, linens, and service stations are prepared to high standards Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, including wine and drink service with knowledge of proper handling and presentation Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables promptly and managing food handling responsibilities according to safety standards Support catering staff in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring smooth service delivery throughout the event Engage with guests to provide excellent guest services, address inquiries professionally, and foster positive guest relations Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure health regulations are met Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred, especially with banquet or catering experience Demonstrated ability in guest services, including serving, beverage service, and guest relations Strong customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude to support team efforts in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy makes every event special!
