Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Food Service Worker assists in planning, production, inventory, compliance, and directs actions of others. The Lead Food Service Worker leads workflow of the dietary functions in the Leader's absence. The Lead Food Service Worker is a working position and may fulfill duties of dietary staff.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
One year food service experience
Licensure/Certification:
Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment Current IL Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification (FSSMC) or Food Manager certifications obtained from an ANSI accredited exam provider (ServSafe, Prometric, NRFSP,360training, and State Food Safety within 90 days of employment Allergen Certification within 90 days of employment
