Server Assistants / Food Runners / Bussers Prairie Street Brewing Co. is looking for friendly, dependable, and fast-paced team members to join our front-of-house support team. Server Assistants, Food Runners, and Bussers play an important role in keeping service moving smoothly. You'll work closely with servers, bartenders, and the kitchen to make sure food reaches guests quickly, tables stay clean and reset, and the dining room remains organized throughout service. What You'll Be Responsible For Running food from the kitchen to guests with speed and accuracy Delivering food confidently to the correct guest without auctioning plates Pre-bussing and clearing tables throughout service Resetting tables quickly for incoming guests Stocking server stations, ice bins, glassware, and other service supplies Supporting servers and bartenders during service Keeping dining and service areas clean and organized Communicating clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff Assisting with opening, closing, and breakdown responsibilities as assigned Staying productive and anticipating what needs to be done next What We're Looking For Strong sense of urgency and a guest-first attitude Dependable, punctual, and ready to work scheduled shifts Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a busy restaurant environment Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Attention to detail when running food and resetting tables Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
