Job Description
Overview We are looking for a dedicated and skilled breakfast attendant who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key responsibilities include cooking, setting up, breaking down, and cleaning the buffet area. The ideal candidate should possess excellent hospitality skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards. Reliability and teamwork are crucial in this cook position and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment is essential. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and work areas Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation while adhering to safety standards. Manage inventory of kitchen supplies, including coffee and other ingredients. Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with guests when necessary, ensuring their satisfaction with meals. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Taking orders or communicating with guests when required. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
