3.0 hrs. (10:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.)
Position:
Dish Room
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Production:
wash and put away dishes
fill sinks with clean water
take food items out of ovens if needed
HACCP documentation logs
put up stock
Service:
set up serving lines for the first serving line
serving/runner during lunch serving lines
dish room/ temperature/cleaning rotation between lines
Closing Task:
clean area assigned in rotation
sweep and mop
take out trash
laundry
weekly and monthly cleaning - wash mats, bathroom cleaning, de-lime dishwasher, etc.
other tasks deemed appropriate by the manager
All positions will start at $13.00 per hour during a short training period but will increase to $17.95 upon completion of
training and positive review from manager.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
