Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant and be the first smile guests see in the morning! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional breakfast service by preparing and presenting a variety of delicious morning offerings. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest starts their day on a positive note. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Serve guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting with food selections and answering questions about menu options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and condiments as needed throughout the shift Follow food safety standards and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene and quality control Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation for buffet or catering events Assist in catering setups for special breakfast events or banquets, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction Skills Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience serving guests in a hospitality setting, including buffet or banquet service Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling practices Background in catering or banquet operations is a plus Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food safety regulations Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service enhances versatility in this role Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environments Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by bringing energy, professionalism, and care to every breakfast service.
