Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with seating arrangements. Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering utensils or condiments as needed. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring trash is properly disposed of. Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items or restaurant policies with excellent communication skills. Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling of dishes and utensils at all times. Requirements Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or related roles such as host/hostess or busser is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of restaurant operations including food handling, bussing techniques, and basic cleaning procedures. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
