Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination Restock food and beverage supplies promptly to ensure a continuous flow of offerings for guests Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food preparation tasks as needed Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems when required Engage in friendly in-person customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their breakfast experience is enjoyable Adhere to manual handling guidelines when lifting or moving supplies or equipment, ensuring safety at all times Support catering or banquet setups for special events if applicable Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred; culinary or catering experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures is essential Ability to handle food safely and follow dietary guidelines when necessary Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as coffee makers, toasters, or warming trays Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Experience with POS systems or processing transactions is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks safely Knowledge of wine or beverage service can be beneficial but not required Previous banquet or catering experience is desirable within the food industry Join us in delivering exceptional breakfast experiences that energize our guests' mornings!
