Job Summary Richmond Community School District , serving more than 4,700 students across 11 schools and 3 Head Start locations , is seeking an energetic, hands-on Assistant Director of Dining Services who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being actively involved in daily operations. Working closely with the Director of Dining Services and Office Manager, this leader will help oversee district-wide food service operations, assist with menu planning through MenuWorks, support catering services, and help implement and promote Chartwells programs. The role also provides leadership and support to a team of up to 63 frontline associates , helping ensure an exceptional dining experience for students while maintaining operational excellence across all locations. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded food service professional who understands how a kitchen operates, leads by example, and enjoys building strong relationships with staff, students, and district partners. We're looking for a true team player and self-starter who is patient, adaptable, and motivated to find solutions and continuously improve. Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000Other Forms of Compensation:
