Responsibilities Lead and direct banquet staff during weddings, meetings, conferences, and special events. Ensure banquet rooms are set according to event orders and company standards. Coordinate with Culinary, Sales, Engineering, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless event execution. Monitor service throughout each event and proactively address guest needs. Inspect banquet rooms for cleanliness, organization, and proper setup. Adjust staffing assignments based on business needs. Supervise event breakdown and proper storage of equipment. Complete banquet billing and event documentation using Delphi. Participate in BEO meetings and department meetings. Order banquet supplies and linens as needed. Assist the team wherever necessary to ensure successful events. What We're Looking For Previous banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality leadership experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding guest service skills and attention to detail. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
