Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is flexible to work in a variety of food service roles including sandwich preparation, pizza making, salad bar service, and serving guests. Schedule & Pay Full-time and part-time positions available Afternoon and Evening Shifts Available Pay based on experience Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve food as a sandwich maker, pizza maker, salad bar attendant, or server Assist with food preparation and meal assembly Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience Being a team player Ensure proper food preparation, handling, and storage Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications Positive attitude Previous food experience preferred but not required Ability to pass a drug test and background check Customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable transportation Benefits Health benefits (available to full-time and part-time team members) Paid Time Off (full-time team members) Holiday pay: time and a half on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Double time pay on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 401(k) eligibility after one year of service Team member referral incentives Equal Opportunity Employer Consolidated Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA/M/F/D/V).
