Overview PRN PRN Responsibilities + P repare and serve food to our patients, staff, and visitors + E nsure food safety by following hygiene and sanitation guidelines + O perate kitchen equipment like ovens, slicers, or dishwashers + S tock supplies and maintain inventory + C lean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment + T ake and fulfill meal orders according to dietary guidelines for patients + H andle cash or operate a register for cafeteria transactions Qualifications + Starting July 1, 2017, High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
