Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast service, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings are presented attractively and maintained at appropriate temperatures. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to hospitality. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met. Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about menu items and accommodate dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations, throughout the breakfast service hours. Adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Foster positive guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Ensure timely service and availability of food items during breakfast hours Reliable transportation is required, and candidates must be available to work on weekends and holidays if needed. Othe duites including daily cleaning of the public area of the hotel. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with knowledge of banquet operations being a plus. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of dietary requirements or experience as a dietary aide is advantageous. Proficiency in using OpenTable or similar reservation systems is beneficial. Basic knife skills for food preparation tasks may be required.
